L’Oréal owns twenty seven brands and is the global leader in the cosmetics industry. This enrollment kit had to meet the needs of all U.S. employees. The approach was to use family friendly oriented photography along with a cloud motif that suggested possibilities of growth not only within the company, but in each individual’s life. The kit contained custom newsletters, a brochure with a pocket designed with capacity for inserts, mailers with magnets and other collateral. A website was created to increase employee participation in the Open Enrollment period and to answer questions.
